Our company utilizes biblical principles that place integrity far above the other corporate ideals. We provide our customers with innovative solutions that set us apart in our industry.

RSI is owned and operated by Michigan native Mark S. Ford. Ford, a licensed Private Investigator, along with his wife Desiree, manage day-to-day operations from their Rochester, Michigan offices. Their retail store, the Rochester Spy Shop is located at the same facility.

“We know that our company is only as good as the people who work for us, every one of our employees is an ambassador. This is a key element of the RSI mission,” says Ford.

Ford also serves as Board President of the Michigan Chapter of Justice For Children; a non-profit advocate and support system for abused children.
